Round 8 · behind the hill
You have walked ahead of your lamps
You are welcome here, and may read on. These lamps on the rounds below are not yet lit; this round will open more fully once they are:
Behind the hill
The inner path
This part of the journey is yours alone. Nothing here is checked or recorded. Take as long as you need.
Sit in silence
Sit quietly for one to three minutes. Hold in mind Arulnandi's words about the Lord who knows the worshipper and gives the fruit of worship.
Rendering: Whatever deity you have chosen, the Lord who has the Mother as one half comes there in that deity's form. Other deities undergo suffering, death and birth, and perform deeds. Since He is free of these, it is He who knows and graciously gives the fruit.
Read this verse silently, or chant it gently, giving time to all its lines: Sivagnana Siddhiar.
Sit with this
How can I speak honestly about my own understanding while treating another person's worship with care?
